Recommendations of Use – Do's and Don'ts#

  • Use short and concise sentences in order to make them scannable. Phrases should directly and emotionally address the customer. It is recommended to keep it that short that on mobile devices the message will not exceed 1 row due to the limited viewport.

  • Long sentences are harder to scan and require too much cognitive effort. If the lenght will exceed more then 1 row on mobile devices, other important content such as the hero teasers etc. can be overseen due to the limited space in the initial viewport.

Be sure that all Text/Color combinations fits the WCAG requirements.
