Description#

Product recommendations are used to show customers product suggestions. They can be cross-sell product recommendations and related products but are mostly personalized and depending on user behaviors. It has an important impact on uplifting conversions and boosting sales.

Which Reco's to display?#

It is stronly recommended to activate auto reco "Last Seen" due to the best performing Click through rate and order value. If implementing several auto recos place "Last Seen" on top followed be personalized recos and Bestseller. (GA)

  • In order to maintain consistency we recommend to always use capital letters for Reco headlines

  • Wordings based on social proof creates personal feeling e.g. "customers also bought/ Customers were also interested in"

2 Recommendations product tile Product images should only show the product itself without any disruptive elements that are covering the product. Compositions with any other kind of Informations like seals, available color variants or other badges or advertising elements that are directly edited on the product images are not allowed.

All recommendation elements have to fulfill the guidelines of the WCAG
